Case: Eurowings Ground services - Checkin process. flight nr. EW9894 27.03 - 06:35am DUS - RAK Passangers: 3 Booked bags: 3 Checked in bags: 2 pieces 22.8kg / 7.8kg hand bags: 1 cabin size babyzen-YOYO stroller. Checkin counter - “Service Schalter” near Supervisor desk. Complaint is about the Supervisor name as we learned “Mohammed”. The case: I thought we had a bad handling at “service” named checkin counter from a female staff who hide her name tag and refused to share her name and threaten me by calling “Bundes Polizei”. Complaint: I kindly asked the supervisor to share me the name of our correspondent not to make an anonymous complaint. He did not share also just told he will care it. Forced me to close the case.
